
Andrew Malik brings over 35 years of financial advisory experience to his role as founder and principal of Jacksonville Capital.
Prior to launching Jacksonville Capital,Andrew Malik was named Chairman of Needham & Company in 2008. Prior to Needham, he spent 21 years at Lehman Brothers, where he was a partner and subsequently managing director. Earlier in his career, Mr. Malik was a security analyst with Josephthal & Co. and a partner in charge of Institutional Sales with Muriel Siebert & Co. A well respected Wall Street veteran, he has worked on more than one thousand equity, debt, and M&A transactions.
Throughout his career he has focused on the areas of portfolio management and overall financial planning. With the current rapid development in the cryptocurrency field, Jacksonville Capital was born to better serve investors.
Andrew has also held the roles of private banker, employee benefits consultant, and senior vice president in the trust and investment management divisions for both regional and financial institutions.
Andrew maintains the professional designations of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and Accredited Estate Planner®.
Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc. owns the certification marks, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and CFP® in the U.S., which it awards to individuals who successfully complete CFP Board’s initial and ongoing certification requirements
