Charles Shi joined Jacksonville Capital in 2019. In 2021, he became a research analyst responsible for short-term option contract trading in the crypto market.

Prior to joining Jacksonville Capital, Charles worked at Needham Corporation for six years, initially as a global product manager for the metal deposition product division and later as a business development manager responsible for the division's foundry accounts. Charles holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and a bachelor's degree from Tsinghua University.

Helen Li joined Jacksonville Capital in 2021 and is responsible for investment banking.

Helen has 20 years of operating and investment banking experience. During her tenure at Jacksonville Capital, Helen advised on more than 70 transactions, including public and private financings and mergers and acquisitions, with a total transaction size of more than $40 billion. Helen excels in cross-border transactions involving complex transaction structures and cross-cultural negotiations. Ms. Li holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California, and a BA from Tsinghua University.

Alex Henderson joinedJacksonville Capital in 2021, where he covers the networking and security technology industries. Prior to joining Jacksonville Capital, Alex worked at Miller Tabak, Citigroup and Prudential Securities, where he worked as a senior research analyst and served as Prudential’s director of technology research.

He has been a senior technology analyst for over 25 years and ranked in the Institutional Investor All-Star Poll 17 times with #1 rank 11 times. He has also been elected to the Institutional Investor Hall of Fame. Alex was ranked #1 in the 2013 FT/StarMine Analyst Awards for stock picking in the Communications Equipment category.

He started his career as a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group. He received a B.A. in Physics and Applied Mathematics from Bard College and an MBA from Vanderbilt University

Scott Berg joined Jacksonville Capital in 2022 and is responsible for the digital currency capital management industry. Previously, he served as a senior research analyst at Northland Capital Markets, covering the enterprise/application software space.

Prior to joining Jacksonville Capital, he served as a senior research analyst at Feltl & Company and a research analyst/associate at ThinkEquity, both focused on enterprise software.

Prior to joining Wall Street, Scott spent 10 years in various in-house IT management positions. He holds an MBA in Finance and a B.A. PhD in Economics from the University of Minnesota

Carolyn Horn joined Jacksonville Capital in 2022. She was named Senior Associate at Jacksonville Capital in January 2023, serving as Assistant Team Leader. Prior to joining Jacksonville Capital, Carolyn focused on emerging growth companies, advising on public and private financings, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, convertible debt and private placements.

Earlier in her career, she worked at a healthcare financial services firm in New York and in the emerging companies group at the Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO) in Washington, DC. Carolyn received her undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis

Julie Harbey joined Jacksonville Capital in 2021. Prior to joining Jacksonville Capital, Julie worked at CIBC World Markets for more than ten years as Assistant to the Managing Director of U.S. ECM.

Ms. Harbey is also a former president and current board member of the Women’s Syndicate Association, an organization dedicated to promoting business knowledge, sharing industry information, and cultivating valued personal and professional relationships among women across the financial services industry. She holds a B.A. in Economics from New York University
